I am so impressed with Lacevo for their amazing product and customer service. I needed a pump quite quickly after finding out my 2 week old wasn't putting on weight. I had my heart set on this one, but it was out of stock at the Memo. My husband messaged Lacevo on Instagram and it turned out their warehouse was in our area. They arranged for us to pick up the whole set the same afternoon, and even included spare parts for us. We are so grateful and I will always recommend Lacevo!
I honestly couldn’t be happier with my Lacevo S70 wearable pumps! They’re the second wearable pumps I’ve bought after being disappointed with another brand, and they’ve been so much better. I get better output and I love that they come with a range of flanges and size guides, bra strap extenders, cleaning accessories, and a really nice carry case for when I’m out and about.
I did have an issue with the LCD screen on one of the motors, but I contacted the Lacevo support team, followed their warranty process, and everything was sorted within 48 hours. Their customer service was amazing!
I’ve been so happy with my pumps that I even bought the same bundle for my sister in law, I'm confident she will love them as much as I do. I’d definitely recommend Lacevo to any mumma looking for a great wearable pump.
